Group Development & Marketing Manager, Mantle
Jo believes creating a positive customer experience, connecting people and communications skills are key to developing the Mantle brand.
Since joining Mantle in 2011 Jo’s role has been to support the company’s growth from one business centre to seven by evaluating the business’ current performance to identify potential improvements and opportunities and develop a strong brand. Maintaining long term relationships with business partners and clients, Jo has been able to recognise and facilitate the fulfilment of client needs.
Jo is currently directing and coordinating marketing strategy, policies and activities to promote products and services, from implementing website building, producing marketing materials, overseeing press releases to running events. She also supports the team in identifying potential new Business Centres.
Jo’s aspirations are to push boundaries and develop the business centre business to be the best in the industry and help develop and nuture a purpose driven culture within the business.
